THE ARDS TESTIMONY MALE VOICE CHOIR

Would  you  like  to  join  us?   We  urgently need  first  tenor’s.

Over the  last  number  of  years  the  choir  have  held  its   practises on Monday evenings from September to May   in   the  Newtownards Baptist Church  Hall, kindly granted, commencing at 7.30pm. 
 
The  choir have  members  who  belong  to  the Baptist church here in Newtownards   and   others  who  come  from  the  Free   Presbyterian Church, the  Elim  church, Ards  Evangelical  Church ,  Greenwell  Street  Presbyterian Church,  the Peoples  Hall, Portavogie,  the Bethany Baptist Church , and  the  Church  of  the  Nazarene   in  Bangor. 
We  are  a  choir  who  represent  many  evangelical  churches,  as  you  can  see,  but  the  one  thing  that  binds us  together  is  the  love  we  have  for  our   Saviour, the  Lord  Jesus  Christ.

We  have  had  the  privilege of taking   the  message  of  the  gospel  in  testimony  and  song   all  over  the  country,  and have  attended many  festivals  of  male  voice  praise.   Uniting with choirs   from Banbridge,  Newtownbreda,  Lurgan,  Londonderry, Shankill,  Ballymena and  Dublin  and meeting together in our praise  and  thanksgiving  to  a  wonderful  Saviour.
                      
Our  desire  is to see men, women,  boys  and  girls  come  to  know  the  Saviour,  and  as  we  go  around   taking meetings, we present  this  message   to  the   best  of  our  ability.   Our choir-practise  always  starts   with    prayer  and a  Bible  reading,  then  for 20  minutes   we  take  everything  concerning  the  choir  to  the  Lord  in  prayer, practise  singing our  pieces,  and finish as we  started, with  prayer.
